1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) govern purchases made through the website https://rydenotalone.es (the “Website”) and the use of the Website. Please read these Terms together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Returns & Exchanges Policy before placing any order.

This Website is owned and operated by Ignacio Follana Ugarte, a sole proprietor (self-employed) established in Spain, trading as Ryde Not Alone.

3. Use of the Website
- By using the Website and/or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and declare that you are over 18 and have legal capacity to contract.
- You agree to use the Website only to make legitimate enquiries or orders and not to place speculative, false, or fraudulent orders.
- Links to third-party sites are for information only; we are not responsible for their content.
4. How the sale is formalized
Product details are shown on each product page. After you place an order, you will receive an email acknowledging receipt. This does not mean the order has been accepted. The purchase is accepted only when we send the shipping confirmation, which covers only the products listed there. If we cannot accept your order, we will refund any amount paid.
We may refuse an order, for example, if: (i) there is a clear pricing or data error; (ii) stock is unavailable; (iii) you are not of legal age; (iv) information provided is incorrect; or (v) we suspect fraudulent or speculative activity.
Order cancellation or address changes depend on order status. Please write to help@rydenotalone.es as soon as possible. Once an order is confirmed, items cannot be modified, without prejudice to your right of return (see Section 10).
5. Availability of service & shipping
We ship to the territories indicated in our Shipping Policy. Delivery times and costs vary by destination and are set out there. During peak periods (e.g., Black Friday) delivery may be delayed due to external factors. We do not ship to PO boxes. Please provide a complete delivery address and a contact phone number.
For orders shipped outside the European Union, customs duties, taxes, or other charges may apply according to local regulations. Such costs, if any, are borne by the purchaser unless otherwise stated in the Shipping Policy.
6. Product availability
All orders are subject to availability. If a product is unavailable after you order, we will notify you and refund any amounts paid (or issue Store Credit if you prefer). We may withdraw or modify products on the Website at any time.
7. Product features
We display photographs and key features of our products. While we strive for accuracy, colors may vary depending on device settings and are not binding.
8. Price & payment
Prices are shown in euros and include VAT where applicable. Shipping costs are shown separately at checkout. Although we try to ensure all prices are correct, errors may occur. If a manifest pricing error is detected, we will contact you to confirm at the correct price or cancel with a full refund.
We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout (e.g., credit/debit cards, PayPal). Some providers may have their own terms and eligibility requirements. Klarna is not currently an active payment method on our checkout; it may be added in the future subject to approval. Card payments are subject to authorization by the issuing entity; if authorization is refused, we cannot complete the sale.
9. Deliveries
Shipments are managed through our logistics partners as detailed in the Shipping Policy. If you are not at home at delivery, a second attempt or delivery to a pick-up point may occur according to the carrier’s policy. If a parcel returns to us after failed delivery/pick-up within the carrier’s time limit, we will refund the value of the items; shipping costs are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.
10. Exchanges & returns (right of withdrawal)
You have the legal right of withdrawal within 14 calendar days from receipt of the order, without giving any reason, in accordance with EU consumer law. Please follow the steps and conditions in our Returns & Exchanges Policy.
Refunds are processed to the original payment method once the item is received and inspected. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless required by law or otherwise stated. Items must be returned in their original condition. We may refuse returns for worn, used, or damaged products (including missing tags or protective seals).
11. Defective or non-conforming products
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, contact us at help@rydenotalone.es with your order number and photos. Where a product is confirmed defective or non-conforming, we will offer repair, replacement, or refund as appropriate, and we will bear the reasonable return/replacement shipping costs as required by law.
12. Promotions, discount codes & gift cards
We may run promotions, discount codes, free shipping, or other benefits with specific conditions (validity, territory, limits per user/order, etc.), which will be communicated on our official channels. We may modify or cancel promotions for justified reasons. Gift cards (if offered) are non-refundable. Purchases made with gift cards are refunded to the same method, in accordance with applicable law.
13. Liability
Our liability in relation to any product purchased on the Website is limited to the purchase price of that product. We do not guarantee the absence of errors in the transmission or storage of digital information. In case of obvious technical error affecting prices or the purchasing process, we may decline the order.
14. Warranty
Products are guaranteed against manufacturing defects to the extent required by applicable law. The warranty does not cover wear and tear, accidental damage, misuse, or unauthorized modifications, and is subject to presentation of proof of purchase. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
15. Intellectual property
All copyrights, trademarks, and other intellectual property rights over the materials and content on the Website remain our exclusive property or that of our licensors. Any unauthorized use is prohibited.
16. Data protection

17. Communications
You agree that communications with us may be electronic. Preferably contact us via help@rydenotalone.es. Postal returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.
18. Force majeure
We are not liable for failure or delay in performance due to events beyond our reasonable control (force majeure), including but not limited to strikes, civil disturbances, natural disasters, power or telecoms outages, or governmental actions.
19. Assignment & waiver
You may not assign your contract or rights without our prior written consent. Any delay or omission by us in exercising a right shall not constitute a waiver.
20. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force to the maximum extent permitted by law.
21. Amendments
We may revise these Terms at any time by publishing an updated version on the Website. Changes will not have retroactive effect.
22. Prevalence
In case of discrepancy between these Terms and information in FAQs or other pages, these Terms and the specific Shipping / Returns policies shall prevail for their respective subject matter.
23. Applicable law & jurisdiction
Sales through the Website are governed by Spanish law. Without prejudice to consumer rights under applicable law, any dispute relating to these Terms shall be subject to the courts of Alicante (Spain).
