Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. During peak periods (Black Friday, Christmas, or new product launches), processing times may extend to 3–4 business days.

- Portugal: €7.90 for orders under €150. Free shipping for orders over €150.
- United Kingdom: €12.90 for orders under €200. Free shipping for orders over €200.
- European Union (Zone A): €11.90 for orders under €200. Free shipping for orders over €200.
Express Shipping
- Spain (Peninsular): €6.90.
- Canary Islands, Ceuta & Melilla: €16.90.
- Balearic Islands: €11.90.
- Portugal: €11.90.
- United Kingdom: €19.90.
- European Union (Zone A): €18.90.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
- Order Tracking: Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number.
- Taxes and Duties: International orders, as well as shipments to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla, may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees. These charges are the customer’s responsibility.
- Delays: Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to factors outside our control (weather, customs, holidays, or logistical delays).
- ID for Canary Islands: Please include your ID number at checkout to avoid customs delays.
- Lost or Damaged Parcels: If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery attempt at help@rydenotalone.es so we can assist you.
SHIPPING EXCLUSIONS
We currently do not ship to certain countries. If you have questions about your destination, contact us at help@rydenotalone.es.

- Ryde Not Alone is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, customs authorities, or circumstances beyond our control.
- If the order cannot be delivered and is returned to our warehouse due to an incorrect address or missed deliveries, the original shipping cost will not be refunded.
